The Pocono Armchair Review Radio Variety Show
We have the comedy, the drama, and we know musicians and broadcast people, so why not combine them into a show? So, that's what we are doing! The intent is twofold: to create a broader base for PAR (and in the process a mechanism for supporting it), and to raise awareness of and funds for autism. That is, the beneficiaries of the show will be both PAR and Douglas Acres.
Our working model right now is for a monthly, half-hour show, performed at the Jim Thorpe Opera House in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, and broadcast hopefully on WLSH, WVOX, and on the Internet.
It's a big job, and we're asking for lots of help, including pro bono legal help if we can get it. If you know any pro bono entertainment lawyers, please let us know!
